The Role
We are seeking a confident, organised, and proactive Administration Assistant to join our team in Wick.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in a professional environment. Full training will be provided, so we are more interested in your attitude, willingness to learn, and confidence to take on new tasks than previous experience.
You will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office and helping deliver a high standard of client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing general administrative support to the legal team
- Preparing and typing documents and correspondence
- Managing filing systems, records, and office supplies
- Assisting with diary management and scheduling appointments
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and enquiries professionally
- Maintaining accurate data entry and record-keeping
- Handling confidential client and case information with discretion
- Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks as required
What We’re Looking For
- A confident and professional manner
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office or similar)
- A driving licence is desirable, but not essential
Previous administrative experience is helpful, but not required.
