Job Description
Exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional to further their career. As the Bar & Service Manager, you will ensure that all standards are maintained throughout the hotel to ensure guests have an excellent visit and report to the company manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preparing purchase orders to ensure bars are stocked appropriately Varied shift rota covering breakfast, lunch & evening Service
- Stock rotation Liaising with accommodation co-ordinator
- Stock management Ensure that any complaints are minimised and are dealt with professionally
- Silverware, glass & crockery organisation Liaising with Head Chef
- Customer & team relations Checking in guests
- Assisting with staff training Rota Collaboration
- Carry out end of day processes Secure the building when required
- Event preparation Menu administration
Daily/General Duties
- Assist in the day to day running of the business.
- To ensure all guests receive a truly warm “Highland” welcome and are treated to the upmost hospitality and care during their stay.
- To ensure that any complaints are minimised and are dealt with professionally.
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- HNC/HND in Tourism or equivalent.

Terms and Conditions
Salary – £13.00 to £15.50 per hour experience dependant
35 hours per week including weekends & evenings (Longer Hours in summer/Shorter in winter)
