Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Gardener / Grower to manage two established community growing projects. The role involves maintaining productive growing spaces, leading volunteers, and delivering workshops, events, and community activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop two community growing sites
- Plan seasonal planting and ensure plant health
- Lead and support volunteers and staff
- Deliver workshops, tours, and community events
- Build partnerships with local organisations
- Support fundraising and project development
- Monitor and report on project progress
About You
- Strong horticultural knowledge and practical experience
- Confident leading and motivating volunteers
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Passionate about community projects and sustainability
