Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gardener / Grower to manage two established community growing projects. The role involves maintaining productive growing spaces, leading volunteers, and delivering workshops, events, and community activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop two community growing sites
  • Plan seasonal planting and ensure plant health
  • Lead and support volunteers and staff
  • Deliver workshops, tours, and community events
  • Build partnerships with local organisations
  • Support fundraising and project development
  • Monitor and report on project progress

About You

  • Strong horticultural knowledge and practical experience
  • Confident leading and motivating volunteers
  • Good organisational and communication skills
  • Passionate about community projects and sustainability
