Job Description
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and assessing subcontractor applications and payments
- Assist in Preparing and submitting interim applications and variations
- Assist in Cost reporting and forecasting
- Supporting contract administration
- Working collaboratively with site teams and clients
- Assist in Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Assist in tendering works

Requirements
- A qualification (HNC, HND or degree) in Quantity Surveying
- A full UK Driving license
- A working knowledge of Microsoft software such as word, excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communications skills and able to build working relationships with clients and site teams
Desirable (but not essential)
- CSCS Card
- Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure
- NEC contract knowledge
- Past experience working on cable install projects
- Programming experience
