Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and assessing subcontractor applications and payments
• Assist in Preparing and submitting interim applications and variations
• Assist in Cost reporting and forecasting
• Supporting contract administration
• Working collaboratively with site teams and clients
• Assist in Identifying and managing commercial risks
• Assist in tendering works

Requirements

• A qualification (HNC, HND or degree) in Quantity Surveying
• A full UK Driving license
• A working knowledge of Microsoft software such as word, excel
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communications skills and able to build working relationships with clients and site teams

Desirable (but not essential)

• CSCS Card
• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure
• NEC contract knowledge
• Past experience working on cable install projects
• Programming experience
