A rare opportunity to join the Caithness Collection of Hotels as a Head Chef at the Pentland Hotel in Thurso.
This busy hotel requires a new head chef to lead the team to produce the quality food that our reputation is built on, we pride ourselves in the local home cooked style menu and our famous Sunday carvery.
Leading the team to produce and serve food for our busy 50 cover bar and 60 cover dining room, together with developing functions in our recently refurbished 120 cover ballroom.
Responsibilities will be menu planning, ordering of food stock and rotation, maintaining high standard of cleanliness and adhering to food hygiene regulations.
We are seeking a confident individual who can motivate a team whilst producing quality food.
