The Housekeeper represents The Granary through daily cleaning of assigned guest rooms and, when needed, public areas. The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Perform cleaning activities such as polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping.
• Replenish supplies (toiletries, refreshments, ancillary items).
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected per standards.
• Ensure all equipment is working and report inadequacies.
• Report damages, deficits, or disturbances.
• Handle reasonable guest complaints/requests professionally.
• Adhere strictly to Health & Safety rules and company practices.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper.
• Able to work with little supervision while maintaining high performance.
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, adaptable and flexible.
• Commitment to welfare of guests and staff.
• Excellent attention to detail; works well under pressure.
• Good time management and organisational skills; able to prioritise.
