We are looking for a passionate and hard working team player to join our youth work team! This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a thriving team driving forward a community-based, youth-led initiative for secondary school aged young people.

The role includes supervising a team of Sessional Youth Workers, supporting the running of Brora Youth Room drop-in youth club sessions, enabling young people to work towards youth achievement awards, completing necessary administrative duties, operating in line with organisational policies and procedures, conducting supervisory and team meetings and identifying staff training needs and organising training.

• Location: Based in Brora
• Reporting to: Development Manager
• Hours: 20 hours a week
• Salary: £15 per hour
• Contract: Fixed-term contract until the end of February 2028

The successful candidate will be required to take part in a Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) check.
