GMR Henderson are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in their busy
Wick office.
A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a motivated team within the
construction industry. The role of the Administrator will be to support the day to day
running of the office through various administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
- General Office Administration.
- Reception, answer and redirecting telephone calls, making outgoing calls as required.
- Send, receive and respond to emails promptly, scan and file documents.
- Duties to include purchase ledger, sales ledger and costings.
- Sage accounts knowledge preferred but not essential.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Good general computer skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- For the right candidate an apprenticeship / traineeship will be considered.
