Job Description

GMR Henderson are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to work in their busy
Wick office.
A fantastic opportunity for an Administrator to join a motivated team within the
construction industry. The role of the Administrator will be to support the day to day
running of the office through various administrative and clerical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • General Office Administration.
  • Reception, answer and redirecting telephone calls, making outgoing calls as required.
  • Send, receive and respond to emails promptly, scan and file documents.
  • Duties to include purchase ledger, sales ledger and costings.
  • Sage accounts knowledge preferred but not essential.

Skills & Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Good general computer skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work with Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • For the right candidate an apprenticeship / traineeship will be considered.
