As we enter an exciting period of growth, we are looking for an experienced, organised, proactive and confident Project Manager who can bring people together, solve problems and keep projects moving forward. You will be responsible for leading projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and to the required quality standards.

Working across engineering, production, planning, supply chain and commercial teams, you will bring structure, clear communication and strong project governance to a range of business and customer projects.

Key Functions:

• Managing projects from initiation through to completion
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables
• Coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring clear ownership of actions
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies and changes
• Monitoring project progress, budgets and performance
• Providing clear project reporting and updates to stakeholders
• Managing customer and internal expectations throughout the project lifecycle
• Identifying opportunities to improve project delivery and ways of working
• Ensuring projects remain aligned with business and customer objectives

Core Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in project management and delivering projects successfully
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and competing priorities
• Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage risks, issues and changes effectively
• Confident working with project data, reporting and performance information
• Experience using project management, planning or workflow tools
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of project delivery

Desirable Skills and Experience:

• PRINCE2, APM, PMP or similar project management qualification
• Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Experience of NPI, process improvement or technology implementation projects
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies

Full time hours of work Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, Friday 8am to 12.30pm
