Are you ready to take charge of diverse construction and civil projects where no two days are the same? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where your decisions directly shape successful delivery?

As a Construction Project Supervisor, you’ll become a key member of our Site Services Civils Team, a dedicated, hands-on workforce delivering essential construction and civil engineering activities across the site.
What you will be doing:

You will take a hands-on lead in delivering a wide range of construction and civils activities, ensuring every task is carried out safely, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard. Acting as a central point of coordination on site, you’ll guide teams, support contractors, oversee temporary and excavation works, and maintain the highest levels of compliance, documentation, and operational readiness.

You will also act as a Temporary Works Supervisor, supporting the planning and control of temporary works. Due to the dynamic nature of the workload, occasional overtime may be required to meet operational and project demands.

Key Deliverables:

  • Lead and coordinate daily civils activities, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely delivery
  • Prepare and manage work packs, inspections, records, and reports while upholding all site rules, permits, and safety requirements
  • Oversee excavation and temporary works, supporting planning, readiness reviews, and fostering a highly motivated, accountable team environment

Who we are looking for:

You’ll bring the drive, confidence, and technical insight needed to lead construction and civils work safely and effectively. With a strong appreciation for quality, safety, and teamwork, you’ll play a central role in coordinating people, supporting project planning, and ensuring every task is delivered to the highest standards. If you’re someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where your expertise makes a real impact, this role offers the perfect blend of challenge and opportunity.

We’re looking for someone with proven supervisory experience in construction or civil engineering, who can communicate clearly, stay organised under pressure, and adapt to the demands of a busy and varied workload. You’ll be ready to take responsibility, support others, and contribute to a disciplined, high-performing team. If you’re eager to develop your skills further, particularly in areas such as temporary works, this role will give you the support and exposure to grow.
