Gow’s are seeking an experienced and proactive QHSE Manager to lead our Quality, Health, Safety, and
Environmental functions within a busy fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will ensure full compliance with industry standards, promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and maintain the highest quality standards across all operations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain QHSE management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality and safety performance.
- Deliver training and promote best practices among employees and contractors.
- Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies, and certification authorities as required.
- Produce & maintain project lifetime quality records
