Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing subcontractor procurement and payments
• Preparing and submitting interim applications and variations
• Cost reporting and forecasting
• Supporting contract administration
• Working collaboratively with site teams and clients
• Identifying and managing commercial risks
• Prepare Tender packages

Requirements

• A qualification (HNC, HND or degree) in Quantity Surveying.
• A full UK Driving license.
• Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure.
• A working knowledge of Microsoft software such as word, excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communications skills and able to build working relationships with clients and site teams.
• NEC contract knowledge.

Desirable (but not essential)

• CSCS Card.
• Past experience working on cable install projects.
• Programming experience.
