Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing subcontractor procurement and payments
- Preparing and submitting interim applications and variations
- Cost reporting and forecasting
- Supporting contract administration
- Working collaboratively with site teams and clients
- Identifying and managing commercial risks
- Prepare Tender packages

Requirements
- A qualification (HNC, HND or degree) in Quantity Surveying.
- A full UK Driving license.
- Experience in civil engineering or infrastructure.
- A working knowledge of Microsoft software such as word, excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communications skills and able to build working relationships with clients and site teams.
- NEC contract knowledge.
Desirable (but not essential)
- CSCS Card.
- Past experience working on cable install projects.
- Programming experience.
