Recruitment Manager Opportunity
Blargoans Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and proactive Recruitment Manager to join our busy team. We will also consider applications from candidates who are ready to progress into a management role. Key responsibilities:
As a key member of the office team, you will support the day-to-day running of the business and contribute to a wide range of administrative, recruitment and operational activities, including:
- Supporting the Office Manager across a wide range of administrative and operational activities
- Carrying out general reception duties
- Advertising vacancies, processing applications and arranging interviews
- Supporting new starters with the relevant onboarding documentation
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Preparing and issuing contract documents
- Assisting the Buyer with departmental activity and monthly reporting
- Managing Blargoans employees and workers on-site and off-site on a daily basis
- Reconciling weekly timesheets and using Sage 50 Payroll to process weekly payroll
- Arranging travel requests when required
- Updating and maintaining training records
- Maintaining accurate departmental document files for audit purposes
- Completing tasks in a timely manner and to a high level of accuracy
- Resolving queries quickly and accurately

- Confident using Microsoft Office and Sage systems
Preferred qualifications and experience:
- Experience using Sage Accounts and Sage Payroll would be advantageous.
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience in HR and payroll
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management role
Hourly rate: £14–£18, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
