Urgently hiring for a Site Administrator for a construction project in Lybster.
Start date: 2nd/3rd Week of April 2026

Scope
Verification of Employee Hours: Review and verify employee timesheets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Weekly Hours Approval: Coordinate with project managers and supervisors to approve weekly employee hours and ensure timely submission for payroll processing.
Purchase Order (PO) Tracking and Updating: Maintain a record of all purchase orders, track expenses, and update the PO log regularly to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Documentation Review, Organization, and Submittals: Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Review documents for accuracy and completeness before submission to relevant stakeholders.
Support Site Manager: Assist the Site Manager with various tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating site activities to ensure efficient project execution
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a construction or project management environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
