TOWN & COUNTY HOSPITAL, WICK

An opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse to become part of our small, welcoming team at the Town and County Hospital in Wick.

We are looking for a motivated, caring and courteous person to help us provide good quality, innovative care and support to patients, including Palliative care, slow stream rehabilitation and complex discharge planning.

Candidates should be enthusiastic, a team player, and have good communication and self-awareness.

Experience in care of the elderly/rehabilitation, and end of life is preferable.

This post is also open to Newly Qualified Nurses.

This is a full-time permanent post of up to 37 hours per week, covering across a 7-day rota and working 12.5 hour shifts on rotational contract, in accordance with service requirements. Job-share candidates will also be considered.
