The 25-metre, four-lane pool is perfect for both swimming and family fun, and there’s a dedicated toddler pool to help little ones build water confidence. A sauna and steam room add to the experience, and regular swimming lessons and aqua aerobics classes are also available.

The fitness suite has recently been upgraded and is fully equipped with treadmills, rowing machines, cross trainers, and bikes. There’s also a range of resistance machines and free weights (from 1kg to 32kg). Personal training services are available too.
