There is a traditional swimming pool 25m by 9m, with 4 lanes and a shallow end of 0.8m to 1.8m deep and a toddler pool for the little ones to splash around and build water confidence. The pool area also includes a sauna and steam room, and offers swimming lessons, water aerobics, and other water-based activities.

The fitness suite is equipped with a full range of cardiovascular machines, including treadmills, bikes, cross trainers and concept rower as well as resistance machines and a free weights area. Personal training services are also available.

The bright, spacious studio provides an ideal setting for group fitness classes, including indoor cycling, yoga, stretch and tone, Metafit, and other high- and low-impact sessions to suit all fitness levels.
