Open daily for dinner from 5.30pm to 8.30pm, our menus are inspired by the land and sea that surround us. We work closely with local suppliers wherever possible, sourcing the freshest seasonal ingredients to create dishes that celebrate the rich flavours of the Highlands.

From locally reared beef and venison to fresh seasonal vegetables and seafood, every plate showcases the very best of the region. Our chefs are passionate about using produce at its peak, so menus may change regularly to reflect the seasons and the availability of the finest local ingredients.

Brass Tap Bar

A Highland Bar at the Top of Scotland

Tucked within the Tongue Hotel and overlooking the beautiful Kyle of Tongue, the Brass Tap Bar is a relaxed Highland pub where locals and travellers come together to enjoy great food, excellent drinks and a warm welcome.

Open seven days a week, the Brass Tap is a lively social hub at the heart of the village. Food is served daily from noon until 5.30pm, with drinks available throughout the evening until 11.00pm (last orders at 10.30pm).

Our well-stocked bar features a carefully selected range of wines, Scottish ales, local gins, whiskies and spirits, making it the ideal place to catch up with friends, share stories from the road or simply relax by the bar after a day of exploring.
